Philippe Martinet

Mr. Martinet is an attorney working in the firm's Criminal Division.

Mr. Martinet graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University College of Law and holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Political Science and International Business from Arizona State University. In conjunction with his legal studies in Arizona, Mr. Martinet attended world-renown law schools such as, the Sorbonne in Paris, the University of Cambridge, and the National University of Singapore. Mr. Martinet has worked in both Arizona State and Federal Court systems. He speaks and writes fluently in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, and English. Mr. Martinet has drafted appeals all the way up to the Arizona State Supreme Court and the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Recently, Mr. Martinet was involved in high-profile civil racketeering and securities fraud cases.
