Joy Parker
Ms. Parker graduated with a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School and holds a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Sociology from Fordham University. Ms. Parker drafted the 2003 Motions Manual for Immigration Customs and Enforcement (ICE), formerly known as the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS). She has drafted and responded to motions on immigration cases, appeared on bond hearings, refugee/political asylum and deportation cases.
A former Arizona Assistant Attorney General, Ms. Parker represented the state in complex civil litigation and mediations. She has experience with taking expert testimony and cross-examining expert witnesses.
Ms. Parker is a proud member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is admitted to practice law in Arizona, New York, New Jersey, and the Federal District Court of New Jersey.
